모든 제품은 사양을 충족하거나, 그렇지 않으면 단 한 켤레도 공장을 떠날 수 없습니다.
품질은 공정 마지막 단계의 검수가 아닙니다. 품질은 서면 기준과 기록된 결과를 갖춘 네 개의 관문입니다.
- GATE 01기록됨
입고 자재 관리
가죽, 텍스타일, 부품 등 각 배치는 생산 라인에 투입되기 전 승인된 사양에 따라 검사 및 기록됩니다.
- GATE 02기록됨
인라인 검사
스티칭, 라스팅, 본딩 공정은 각 단계별 자체 합격 기준을 따르며, 기준에 미치지 못하는 제품은 즉시 생산 라인에서 제외됩니다.
- GATE 03기록됨
물리적 테스트
각 생산 로트별 샘플링 계획에 따라 굴곡성, 접착 강도, 내마모성, 색상 견뢰도 테스트를 적용합니다.
- GATE 04기록됨
최종 감사
출고 전 AQL 기반 최종 검사, 금속 탐지 및 포장 확인 절차를 거칩니다.

Upper and sole unit cycled to detect cracking and bond fatigue.
Bond strength
Peel testing on the sole-to-upper joint against the approved threshold.
Abrasion
Outsole compound wear measured under load.
Colour fastness
Rub and light exposure testing on finished uppers.
Dimensional check
Graded sizes measured against the released last specification.
Metal detection
Every pair passes detection before cartonisation.
