A certificate is a document, not a design element. Until the document is in hand, the line stays marked pending.
Buyers who require compliance evidence before sampling can request the current documentation pack directly; we send what genuinely exists, with issue dates and scope stated.
Product-level test reports — flex, bond strength, abrasion, colour-fastness and restricted substances — are issued per article and per production lot.
