Design & Last Engineering
Digital last modelling and 3D form studies define volume, toe spring and heel pitch before a single material is cut.

Pattern & Prototyping
CAD pattern engineering, grading and rapid prototyping deliver a fit-approved confirmation sample.

Cutting
Automated die and knife cutting with hide-defect mapping to maximise yield without compromising panel quality.

Stitching
Computer-controlled and hand-guided stitching cells, with in-line inspection at each station.

Lasting & Assembly
Heat-set lasting, sole preparation and bonding under controlled pressure, temperature and cure time.
- 06
Finishing & Packing
Hand finishing, final metal detection, cartonisation and export-ready packing to client specification.
Approval Gates
A project only advances when the previous stage is signed.
Brief accepted
Tech pack, reference sample or sketch is translated into an internal development file.
Confirmation sample
One physical article that carries every approved decision: last, pattern, material, sole.
Fit sign-off
Graded sizes are walked and measured before the size run is released for tooling.
Production release
Line setup, first-off approval and lot documentation open the production window.
