Quality Assurance
A pair either meets the specification, or it never leaves the building.
Quality is not an inspection at the end of the line. It is four gates, each with a written criterion and a recorded result.
- GATE 01Recorded
Incoming Material Control
Leather, textile and component batches are inspected and recorded against the approved specification before release to the line.
- GATE 02Recorded
In-Line Inspection
Stitching, lasting and bonding stations carry their own acceptance criteria; non-conforming units leave the line immediately.
- GATE 03Recorded
Physical Testing
Flex, bond strength, abrasion and colour-fastness testing applied to sampling plans per production lot.
- GATE 04Recorded
Final Audit
AQL-based final inspection, metal detection and packing verification before the shipment is released.
Laboratory
What we physically test.
Flex resistance
Upper and sole unit cycled to detect cracking and bond fatigue.
Bond strength
Peel testing on the sole-to-upper joint against the approved threshold.
Abrasion
Outsole compound wear measured under load.
Colour fastness
Rub and light exposure testing on finished uppers.
Dimensional check
Graded sizes measured against the released last specification.
Metal detection
Every pair passes detection before cartonisation.
