Philosophy
A shoe is a structural object worn against skin. It has to survive engineering scrutiny and still feel like something made for one person.
That belief shapes how the factory is organised: digital last modelling and automated cutting handle repeatability, while lasting, finishing and final judgement stay with people who have spent careers doing it.
