The Factory
One roof. Every stage. No sub-contracted judgement.

Development, cutting, stitching, lasting, laboratory testing and packing sit in one building — so a decision taken at the last never gets lost in transit.
Cutting Hall
Automated die and knife cutting with hide-defect mapping. Panels are nested for yield and tagged to their lot on release.

Stitching Cells
Computer-controlled and hand-guided cells run in parallel. Each station carries its own acceptance criteria and inspection point.

Lasting & Assembly
Heat-set lasting, sole preparation and bonding under logged pressure, temperature and cure time before the pair is released to finishing.
